NIX is a project containing a digital doubles collection of the everyday objects around me, made via volumetric photography, also known as photogrammetry. These objects are selected to scan because they are in contrast to each other on many levels - concave or convex; abstract or figural; single or compound; large, medium, or small-scale - thus providing unlimited possibilities for further manipulation and representation with digital techniques, while around the same subject: body and space.
There are three types of objects as follows:
01 - Compound Group Objects
A digital double of myself called NIX, including the body, all clothes, shoes, and glasses, etc.
02 - Space
A space called 1502, which is the bedroom I live and the home studio I work for most of the time.
03 - Single Object
Shoes on the left.
